We’re proud to announce that on Friday, February 21, 2014, our team of support engineers was awarded silver in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries category at this year’s Stevie Awards.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales, contact center, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
Our team received the honor for initiatives undertaken to reduce ticket response and resolution times as well as cut down the overall number of service related tickets submitted.
From 2012 to 2013, Flowroute support engineers expanded training (adding detail and accountability), introduced 13 hour live phone support five days a week, reduced the number of Flowroute service related support tickets by 61%, shaved 25% off the average ticket resolution time, and achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 98%.
